IT IS YOUR FIGHT OF FAITH; WIN IT! (Updated)

And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara's womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness

 - Romans 4: 19 - 22

Have you ever been discouraged to the point of feeling like you've missed your chance with God? Has it ever seemed like God is taking too long to intervene in your life, and your problems have become the defining feature of your existence?

Abraham and Job faced similar challenges, but they held fast to their faith in God despite what others may have said or thought. Even when it seemed like God had forgotten about them or their faith was no longer producing any results, they persisted in trusting His promises.

If you're feeling ashamed or mocked for your devotion to God while waiting for an answer, remember that God sees and knows everything you're going through. He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him, and the reward of your faith is greater than what you're asking for.

Don't let the delay of your prayer request rob you of the true reward of your faith and labor of love. Remember that it is the fight of faith, and just like Abraham and Job, you too can hold onto the promises of God even in the midst of adversity.

In blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies.

                                                    - Gen 22: 17

Indeed, Abraham's faith in God was credited to him as righteousness, as the Bible tells us. But his faith went beyond just receiving Isaac as the answer to his prayers. God had a bigger plan in mind, and that was to bring forth Jesus as the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of the world.

Through Abraham and his descendants, God established the nation of Israel, which would play a crucial role in the coming of Jesus. And through Jesus, all who believe in Him can become children of God, as countless as the stars in the sky or the sand on the seashore.

So while Isaac was certainly a reward for Abraham's faith, God had a much greater plan in mind. And Abraham's faith in God's promises, even when they seemed impossible, is what ultimately led to his righteousness before God.

Do not be discouraged by what appears to be a delay in God's response to your prayers or fulfillment of His promises. He is at work behind the scenes, preparing something much greater than what you can currently see. So, enjoy the journey and remain joyful in the midst of it all.

Do not allow the negative comments or mockery of those who lack understanding to shake your faith in God on social media or elsewhere. Be patient, just like Abraham, and trust that God will complete what He has started in your life.

Remember, the shame or struggles you may be experiencing now cannot compare to the glory that is soon to be revealed in you. So, hold onto hope and trust in God's goodness, even when the road seems long and difficult.

For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning
                                           - Psalms 30:5

God does not delight in your pain, but rather, He is actively working to bring about a way out for you. He understands the urgency of your situation and will never arrive too late. However, it's essential to keep in mind that His timing may differ from yours. Nonetheless, you can rest assured that God will remain faithful to His word and deliver on His promises.

Today, I want you to know that your season of breakthrough is drawing closer with every passing moment. God will silence the mockers who have doubted you with the undeniable testimony of your miraculous intervention in Jesus' name. So, keep your faith and trust in God's unwavering love and power to see you through.
